•Responsible for the performance and development of all Sales the Division.
•Directing the sales team in coordination with the Sales Supervisors and provides support towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
•Placing monthly orders from suppliers with the coordination of the sales supervisors and meeting VIP Clients for new business projects.
•Closing deals with new accounts.
•Monitoring daily sales order movement.
•Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
•Preparing action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
•Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
•Conducting one-on-one review with all Sales Supervisors regarding their sales team to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of daily sales and activity performance.
•Coordinating with the Training & Education Manager to ensure that all related sales techniques trainings are provided to the sales team in order to meet monthly target.
•Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding the sales performance.
•Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and department related reports.
•Maintaining contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
•Monitoring new staff during their probation period and advising the Human Resources regarding their Sales performance.
•Organizing weekly meetings with the Sales Supervisors in order to review their sales achievements.
•Supporting or participates in corporate marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, etc…
•Increasing market Share in existing markets and maximizes new business development opportunities.
•Constructively handling all customer complaints related to the sales division.
•Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
