Are you THE One to join our team in Tunis?
THE One, the funkiest home fashion brand on the planet, will soon be bringing THE Total Home Experience to the Tunisian capital! Our spacious Theatre and Restaurant will feature trendy furniture, accessories and fusion food all under one roof - the first of its kind in town. We are now looking for retail managers fluent in Arabic, French and English to join our all-new Tunisian team of ‘Onederworkers’.

We are looking for an energetic and passionate leader who will recruit, coach and develop a team of empowered ‘A’ Players. Do you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a team of between 20 and 40 people in a large format retail environment ? Are you able to adapt to and implement change through a positive and proactive management style? Experience in objectively managing performance by setting and exceeding commercial targets is essential, as is teambuilding skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma in a Business or Management related program obtained from a reputable learning institute.
• Demonstrated delivery of effective customer-focused commercial solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing and speaking Arabic, French and English at a business level.
• Ability to drive sales and meet targets whilst maintaining expenses within budget.
• Adaptable, confident, strong personal determination and drive to achieve.
• Ability to coach and develop for succession planning.
• Maintain Brand Standards and become a Brand Ambassador, leading from the front.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating roster that includes weekends and evening shifts.
• A valid Driver’s License.

Advantages:
• A working knowledge of Navision ERP system.
• Diploma in Retail Management obtained from a reputable learning institute.
