الوصف الوظيفي
- Set, update and execute warehousing and inventory management policies and procedures at the Company.
- Maintain an accurate inventory system through proper recording of all the warehousing transactions.
- Supervise the implementation of operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing items, handling and disposition of products, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
- Provide technical assistance with respect to inspecting physical condition of warehouse and equipment
- Direct the salvage of damaged or used products in coordination with concerned entities within the Company.
- Participate in the planning of personnel safety and warehouse protection activities.
- Supervise the activities of the warehouse personnel including planning and assigning the workload, answering questions, and providing direction on problems that may arise in the performance of their duties.
- Plan layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and other related factors for items stored through developing methods of efficient space utilization.
- Review records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels.
- Track the history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Periodically check various transactions and system data entries for their correctness and accuracy.
- Schedule, handle and facilitate the execution of the physical count process in coordination with the accounting and other concerned functions.
- Control and assure proper storage conditions for the different products and items based on their specifications.
- Prepare periodic reports regarding warehousing function activities and achievements to be submitted to the Procurement & Warehousing Supervisor.
- Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrices, and perform other duties as assigned by the Procurement & Warehousing Supervisor.

• Experience in office partitions and office furniture.
• 3-5 years experience in similar position.
• Excellent communication skills.
• English written and speaking.
• Computer literate.
