Jordan Healthcare Nutrition Manager
Jordan Healthcare Nutrition Manager to be based in
Amman, Jordan! The Jordan Healthcare Nutrition Manager is responsible for accelerating the business locally through our distributors and in line with corporate guidelines and strategies by planning and executing the sales plans, developing partnerships with key retailers, HCPs & medical institutions, and by managing the day-to-day sales operations and the overall business accountability.
Objective of the Role:
Leading the Sales Agenda • Continuously improve the day-to-day sales operations and ensure that they are in line with corporate strategies
• Monitor the samples usage and RTF distribution
• Close coordination and follow up with distributor sales team and merchandisers to ensure weekly sales target are being met and the product availability and visibility are up to standards
• Implement DAN Affiliate program
• Follow up with different stakeholders to ensure the medical agenda is being deployed as planned
Setting & Maintaining budgets
• Setting and monitoring the budget for the country especially related to medical and consumer support, samples and RTF budgets
• Full hands-on A&P budget for Jordan by reviewing, approving all activities and corresponding budgets proposed
Supporting campaigns & materials
• Follow-up with the relevant Marketing departments (consumer and medical) to implement supported campaigns and materials in the market
Annual operations plan
• Working with the Country Director and the distributors to set challenging targets which are further broken down per area and per Sales team member
Developing & maintaining the business relationship with distributors
• Maintain good relationship with distributors
• Communicate and align on our business plans and objectives with our distributors
• Constant support and follow up to ensure that logistics problems are timely resolved
• Ensure excellence in execution and adherence to plans in medical detailing, consumer and in-store activations
Regulatory / government affairs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOL's in MOH and other governmental authorities as well as private & government institutions to ensure that Nutricia's business interests are maintained and developed
Business Planning
• Assess and understand the shopper, distributor, retailers, HCPs, KOLs, channels, competition
• Drive and build long term plans and align & establish cross functional teams to reach the long-term targets set together with Country Director
• Plan, prioritize and execute all the agreed actions
Compliance
• Ensure all relevant stakeholders are constantly updated and trained on Danone's compliance policies and practices in coordination with the Danone compliance team
Targeted Profile:
Education: Education: bachelor's degree in business or equivalent; educational background in medical/health related subject is a plus
Experience:
•
Relevant Work Experience: 3-6 years previous experience working for a larger/similar pharmaceutical company in a sales management position
• Strong leadership skills
Languages required:
Fluent in English and Arabic
