Junior Quantity Surveyor

Mission/Core of Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for overseeing projects, managing risk, working out and controlling costs, and assisting with the first estimates to finalizing the complete budget. To ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget.

Core, Essential Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparation of tender submission.
2. Assessing the architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Infrastructure drawings.
3. Responsible for measurement of quantities & cost estimation.
4. Review tender documents received from builders/architects/consultants.
5. Review and Audit BIM Models for Quality control
   
6. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

Mandatory: Diploma in Construction Quantity Surveyor or related field (Professional Certificate)

Recommended:  BSc Civil Engineering (or similar).

Experience: 1 year to 3 Years
