  • Executive & Technical Duties:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing finished products.
  • Optimizing warehousing processes (storing & loading) and to be an effective team leader.
  • Managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouses.
  • Responsible for full implementation of the procedures regarding product preservation as quality and quantity during loading and storing processes.
  • Efficiently supervise the loading of all trucks and containers.
  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
  • Manage and model the safety culture and strive for 100% compliance concerning safety policies and procedures.
  • Direct the daily housekeeping and keep the workplace clean, tidy and in excellent conditions to ensure good housekeeping of the work area.
  • Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
  • Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse’s grounds, loaders, and equipment.
  • Work closely with internal management to execute all planned programs.
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures relating to product quality & quantity.
  • Maintain and control warehouse inventory to keep shrinking at acceptable level.
  • Train and supervise a staff of warehouse personnel.
  • Perform any duties related to his job as assigned by the superintendent.
