MedNet Jordan is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently seeking to hire Officer - Production (on Hybrid working modules basis)with the following tasks and responsibilities:

Your Job

• Enter data received from the PIC’s in relation to enrollments and endorsements to MedNext system.
• Create initial policy for individual business only.
• Prepare documents such as Policy Wordings, Beneficiary User’s Guide, Policy Schedules and Request Forms accurately.
• Respond to business queries from PICs / Clients effectively and efficiently.
• Provides excellent customer service to the PIC’s with a view to achieve maximum client satisfaction.
• Update operational departments such as Claims, Network, MCC department on Policy adjustments, Cancellations, Refunds, and Renewals.
• Dispatch documents for relevant PIC/ client and maintain a dispatch register for information.
• Dispatch and assure scanning and entering all required documents on the archiving system.

Your Profile

• Bachelors' Degree in any field.
• Two years’ experience in corporate environment one year of which in Production in the Insurance Industry or TPA/MSO Company would be a plus.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases.
• Knowledge related to medical terminology is a plus.
• Good command in English Language.
• Computer literate and excellent knowledge of MS office 
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and handle pressure, also able to operate effectively with people at all levels of business. 
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
