We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Manager to join our team at Crowne Plaza Amman. The Security Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property, while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols. Oversee security staff and operations, including training, scheduling, and performance management. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments. Manage emergency response procedures and coordinate with local authorities. Investigate security incidents and prepare reports as needed. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to security. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security management role, preferably in 5- star hotel environment/ Background
Strong knowledge of security best practices and regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Jordanian nationality is a must.
