Description: Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT infrastructure projects.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, developers, and vendors, to drive project execution and deliverables.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize your contractual expertise to negotiate and manage vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and statements of work (SOWs).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned from previous projects to enhance project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT infrastructure, incorporating relevant advancements into project delivery strategies.
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects.
Extensive experience in contractual management, including negotiating vendor contracts, SLAs, and SOWs.
Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud environments.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Microsoft Project.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
