Job Responsibilities  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features.
• Work closely with product managers to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Translate technical requirements into user stories and specifications for development teams.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure technical feasibility of product requirements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Assist with product testing and validation to ensure product quality and usability.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist with product launch and go-live activities, such as creating product documentation and providing training.
• Monitor product usage and performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Act as an escalation point and assist the support and product operation teams resolve critical issues.
• Determine technical feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solution.
• Identify functional and non-functional requirements and document them in a clear, concise, and complete manner.
• Communicate in writing and verbally with different team members, to receive and deliver written requirements, delivery timelines, release notes.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc. or higher in MIS, BIS, CIS, Software Engineer, Computer Engineering. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience in delivering mobile and web applications products.
• Able to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
• A proactive attitude is necessary. 
• Excellent at troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team spirit and strong communication and presentation abilities. 
• Strong task and result-orientation.
• Solid understanding and experience in RESTful APIs. 
• Experience in T-SQL and Database development. 
• Knowledge of different types of software testing. 
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills. 
• Agile, product and project related certifications is a plus. 
• Previous software development experience is a plus. 
• Knowledge in UX/UI is a plus. 

• 1-3 years of experience in the same field
