Assistant Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an Assistant Finance Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. You will also be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, and financial audits. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
2. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
3. Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
4. Assist with cash flow management
5. Assist with financial audits
6. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics
7. Assist with the preparation of financial presentations and reports for senior management
8. Provide support to senior management in strategic decision-making
9. Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
10. Stay up-to-date with current financial regulations and legislation

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent attention to detail
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
8. Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation
9. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
10. Strong organizational and time management skills
