What you will do 

The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie is an integral part of the Pastry Kitchen, serving the Restaurant, Room Service, Banqueting, and all in-house Amenities. This position will work closely with the Pastry Chef de Partie and Executive Pastry Chef to supervise and oversee the Pastry Team in the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintain the smooth running of the operation

What you bring 

• 2-3 years of work experience in Pastry Kitchen or in a similar environment

  
  

• Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH

  
  

• The ability to speak English fluently

  
  

• Passion for pastry and baking

  
  

• Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team
