§ Manage overall HR services, policies, and programs for the company.
§ Develop and implement HR and Administration systems, programs, policies, and procedures.
§ Create HR business plan with measurable objectives and budget.
§ Staff HR department to meet organizational needs.
§ Implement talent management strategy including recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning

Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus air ticket, bonus, medical, and accommodation
