Handle the day-to-day sales activities in the showroom, ensure that sales targets are met and adhere to the highest standards in delivering quality services to customers.
Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, the services provided are quick and efficient.
Ensure that all products and displays are effectively visible to customers and ensure brochures / models / demos are available and clear for customers’ convenience in case of products that are large in size, to maximise sales and profitability.
Ensure sufficient stock levels and availability of products through either automatic replenishment or through manual orders placement in line with showroom’s management guidelines and sales plans.
Receive products and allocate them in their designated display area in a timely manner.
Handle all activities related to showroom’s displays including shelves, stands, etc. and ensure the showroom display meets ORP’s merchandising guideline.
Adhere to ORP’s showroom guidelines by maintaining showroom cleanliness & order, ensuring timely maintenance of the showroom and reporting suspicious activities like shoplifting and aggressive customers to the superior.
Maintain accurate records of all activities including sales, revenues, promotions, special events, etc.
Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
