Branch Manager

A reputable bakery is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee their operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the bakery or food production industry and a strong background in management. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch, including production, sales, inventory, and customer service. They will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing a team of employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including production, sales, and customer service
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
3. Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
5. Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
7. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
8. Prepare and present reports on branch performance to senior management
9. Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve operational efficiency
10. Stay updated with industry trends and developments
