Your Mission

Based in our Beirut office, you will be part of the Murex University team and will play a major role in analyzing data for decision-making and processes enhancement.


You will be working closely with the Learning team and professionals from the business to transform and enhance the Learning experience at Murex.


Your Responsibilities
  • Collect, consolidate, analyze and present data to support decision-making


  • Automate the collection, monitoring & reporting of the university KPIS such as budget, staffing, learning value measurement, strategic workforce planning… among others


  • Continuously monitor, analyze and present the University KPIs to ensure progress on value delivery and impact created


  • Work collaboratively within the University team to ensure decisions related to execution strategy are implemented and acted upon based on set of priorities


  • Assess processes currently in place and provide recommendations, based on analysis, to enhance work efficiency


Your Profile
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics


  • Experience between 2 and 7 years in data analysis in educational or corporate settings


  • Skilled in data visualization tools, adaptable to educational content


  • Familiar with learning and pedagogy concepts, experience in a corporate university, educational setting


  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills


  • Team player, adept at collaborating with cross -functional learning and business teams


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Strong attention to details, adept at prioritizing, organizing, and multitasking


  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Python


  • Project Management experience in a Agile context is a plus


  • English is a must and French is a plus
