Follow up with client on collection.
Works with the broker and insurer to ensure insurance of our client and notifications are up.
Report Aging of receivable on a monthly basis to EMEA team.
Reconciling Intercompany payables & receivables balances to report it on Bellin Intercompany Software.
Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts to ensure transactions are recorded accurately & supporting are provided on Blackline Software.
Assisting on Audit requirements for billing, payments, and GL.
And other duties assigned by manager in charge.
Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a relevant role.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Previous experience as credit controller – Collection department is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills.
Team player.
