Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their department and align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Development and monitoring of the marketing strategy, vision and plans.
Defining the key KPIs to monitor for marketing and provide performance tracking of these.
Analyzing performance, sharing insights and proposing initiatives to drive growth of the business.
Identifying market trends, new opportunities and tools to better improve our efficiency and performance.
Manage the budget cycle (allocation of spend, monitoring spend, budget forecasting, budget estimates, reallocation of funds and investment proposals) across the region for marketing.
Manage and optimize customer experience and flow.
Manage projects and deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in marketing
Strong communication skills
Autonomous, well organized, and results-oriented
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage change
Creative, innovative, and proactive thinking
Possess leadership qualities and ability to collaborate across teams
