Key responsibilities will include:

1. Operational
• Contribute to the annual operating plan in line with the company objectives.
• Implement and monitor the trade and consumer sales budgets.
• Plan Sales and Distribution tactics to meet the company’s strategies in terms of Sales achievement, Driving delivered profits (DP), Enhancing distribution, Launching new products within regional guidelines and Enhancing speed to market for new products.
• Deliver sales performance indicators (turnover, coverage, distribution, OOS etc..) in line with agreed objectives.
• Ensure proper merchandising by category by continuously implementing upgraded planograms.
• Contribute to the forecasting process for the areas in charge leading to overall demand generation.
• Ensure regular market visits with field managers and sales reps to identify gaps, and address opportunities and customer needs.
• Maintain full awareness of all market trends, developments and competitive activities and be pro-active in using this information to develop the business further.

2. Financial
• Achieve agreed sales targets.
• Manage Sales budget.
• Consistently review and co-ordinate all price changes.

3. Organizational
• Co-ordinate team meetings and other activities to ensure that distributor sales force are informed, well trained and motivated to achieve clear objectives.

Requirements:

Degree: B.E.
Major Interior Architect or Interior Designer.
Computer Skills:
• Microsoft Office
• AutoCAD 2D, 3D, 3 D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Technical Skills: Team Work, good management
Languages: English, French, Arabic

Key Responsibilities:

1. To Create Designs for Display Stands, Interior Decoration, Exhibition Stand, Exterior Steel Structure, Metal Product Designs (Metal, Stainless Steel, ….)
2. To Prepare Designs Presentation
3. Prepare, Amend the Graphic Artwork CD of the Display Stands
4. Update and Manage STALQ Website

Traffic Controller (Clearing Agent) Job

o Responsible for the end to end operational handling of sea freight import shipments for the coastal region and supporting the operational handling of sea freight import shipments for the inland region
o Responsible for canvassing new business for department by following sales leads and compiling and submitting cost estimates / quotations when requested by clients or when required by management
o Responsible for following up on outstanding client payment settlement, verifying, allocating and authorizing 3rd party invoices and registering same in the electronic filing system
o Controlling bonded shipments and dormant entries files and applying for petty cash where necessary
o Responsible for adhering to a prescribed work flow process and for filing and archiving all shipment records in physical and electronic files
o Responsible for complying with client requirements at all times and complying with standard operating procedures of 3rd parties as well as ISO 9001 quality standards
o Responsible for training new staff members and trainees on the job

Fuel Dealer Job

-Your main responsibility will be to advance the desk into a world class purchasing unit covering the entire marine and gas oil spend of the company
-Your role will be responsibility for the day-to-day purchasing of gas oil for the entire vessel fleet within the company. Additionally, you will be working closely with operations and our fuel broker to establish strategic programs resulting in cost savings. Your tasks will include the following:
• Time the market and negotiate with suppliers in order to secure the best possible deals for our customers
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers and suppliers
• Minimize and resolve any operational challenges related to delivery of the gas-oil
• Handle disputes that arise as a result of short-deliveries, off-specification fuel and de-bunkering, in cooperation with the operations department
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s operating model
• Lead negotiations of term contracts with gas-oil suppliers

The candidate should be able to work abroad.

Financial and Accounting Manager Job

-Oversees the daily accounting activities required to maintain the Authority’s general ledger.
-Supervises, directs, and reviews the work of the accounting staff (including, but not limited to, cash reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and
expenses, etc.).
-Cash management (including placement/movement of funds in various trusts).
-Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
-Resolves complex accounting issues or assists other Authority personnel in resolving financial issues.
-Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
-Produces financial reports involving the Authority’s trust accounts for monthly board meetings.
-Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Produces quarterly and annual financial statements and ad hoc financial reports.
-Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
-Performs other duties as assigned or required.
