About the Role :



Dilitrust is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our growing digital company. As an integral part of our client success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring the health and success of their accounts. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, driving solution adoption, and identifying opportunities to expand our business within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:



- Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Account Health Monitoring:
Proactively assess the health of client accounts, identifying any potential issues or areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Solution Adoption:
Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and ensure optimal utilization of our digital solutions. Provide training and support to clients to enhance their proficiency and maximize the value of our offerings.
- Business Expansion:
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop account expansion strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Client Advocacy:
Serve as the client advocate within the organization, ensuring that client feedback is communicated and addressed effectively. Work to turn satisfied clients into advocates who can provide testimonials and referrals.

Qualifications:



Master's degree in economics, management Knowledge in company law, legal formalism or corporate law Fluent or blingue in Arabic, French and English Proven experience in account management or client success roles within the SaaS industry (between 5 and 7 years of experience) Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
