Senor Executive, Quality Control (ref: MOff-001430) Job - The Nielsen Company

Managing the team and driving the quality aspect of data and resources in all projects and establish various QC mechanisms
Planning and scheduling as per the dates of briefing, field work and dispatch etc. so as to avoid delays
Ensure to conduct quality control in an unbiased and timely manner
Independent check/validation on process/project
Quality Control team briefing and training on Market Research tools and basics
Ensuring proper communication with Field, PMT, Global Operations and Client Servicing in some cases and guiding the Quality Control Associates accordingly so as to manage the resources effectively
Ensuring Quality Control is the helping hand of Data Acquisition and not the fault finder (as the general perception is)
Initiate ad-hoc audit based on need basis (triggered by client)
Real time monitoring/listening to the recorded interviews (CATI Projects) and giving feedback
Maintaining the proper updates/follow ups required for smooth functioning of the Quality Control processes as per the norms
Reviewing the reports including in process checks, final reports etc.
Preparation of periodic project completion details (PCD)
Assisting and motivating the team to ensure the effective work performance
Has to take care of providing adequate infrastructural support to Quality Control Associates to function properly
Taking decisions on the critical projects
Leverage learning from previous projects and use it to enhance the efficiency of associates
Provide feedback to CS on the findings of the Quality Control checks
Ensure execution of all projects with allocated Quality Control budgets
Ensuring the timely settlements of remuneration and reimbursements of the team

Description du poste

En tant que manager de franchise, vous serez responsable pour promouvoir une gamme complète de produits dans différentes régions et divisions. PRINCIPALES ATTRIBUTIONS

• Assurer la gestion opérationnelle du mouvement

my client is a leading Civil & Marine contractor, with notable projects on their portfolio they have become one of the largest contractors within the MENA region, they have recently been awarded 2 projects in morocco as well as KSA, UAE and Qatar. They are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a Marine & Civil project in Casablanca Morocco.

The ideal applicant would have a minimum of 7+ years experience as either a Senior QS / Contracts Administrator / Advisor, you will also would have worked on Civil or Infrastructure projects, experience on Marine projects would be advantageous. Candidates must have a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying or another related degree. You must also possess a proven track record of experiences in the FIDIC Construction and EPC Contract Forms, Proven track record with demonstrable handle of claims, variations & EOTs, interim & final accounts and contract closeouts and able to interface with Regional Management and Project Team and subcontractors.

The contracts are all in French so it is VITAL that applicants are fluent in the language ie, reading, writing and speaking, if not then your application will be rejected.

Generate market demand and sales volumes for the lighting Products executing a mix of initiatives conducted by the Non Buying Customers, Engineering Firms, Architect Firms, Lighting Designing Firms, Universities, Governmental Authorities - informing and training the opinion leaders. This Position will report to the Specification Leader and will be based in Qatar.
Build strategy on key End User and Specifier (e.g., lighting designers, engineers, architects) segments within an assigned geography and drive market share and sales for lighting solutions.
Provides information internally (Marketing, Product Management, other commercial functions) and externally on End User market assessment including current revenue and supplier, installed product base, GE share and potential revenue value and creates opportunity analysis.
Plan and create coverage of top End Users/Specifiers and build a solicitation plan for a focused target list to create a pipeline of near and long-term opportunities.
Plan, communicate and achieve targets, status, and solicitation plan to Sales Engineers and other GE Lighting sales resources globally to ensure connectivity and coordination of sales efforts.
Holds impactful presentations to End-Users to inspire them to specify GE Lighting and LED solutions; clearly demonstrate the value proposition as influenced by changing legislation and new technology advancement.
Identify and develop new partners to develop overall business volume.
Continue to build technical skill set across the broad range of GE Lighting and other lighting products including fixtures, controls, etc. to be recognized as professional partner by End Users/Specifiers.
Understands the sustainability trends in energy sector, has awareness with the legalizations related and able to translate it into actions.
