We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Sales Customer Support” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow:

• Creating yearly annual price agreements;
• Maintain procurement and contract records;
• Assisting in all Logistics related tasks and improvement of processes;
• Insuring Detective controls for sales quotations;
• Assisting the customers for their orders;
• Support the sales team with process improvement;
• Managing and maintaining sales data;
• Monitor and assist with customer retention;
• Assist with account management.

• Bachelor degree in general management or equivalent;
• Analytical, structured, curious with high curiosity and learning orientation;
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills;
• Fluent in English and French and Arabic;
• Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally;
• Strong (advanced) Microsoft Office package knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as an integral member of a team;
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment, with high degree of accuracy and reliability;
