Looking for a dynamic and multi-skilled F&B Assistant to join our team. We don't just want someone to fill a position; we want someone who can bring their unique flair and contribute to our exceptional service and guest experiences.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in our various outlets, including our restaurant, bar, and room service. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring their needs are met. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to guests. Assist with event set-up and breakdown, including banquets and conferences. Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in food and beverage service.
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is a plus, but we are also open to candidates with transferable skills from other customer service roles. A passion for food and beverages, with a willingness to learn and expand your knowledge. Excellent communication and customer service skills. You need to be able to engage with guests and provide them with unforgettable experiences. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring high-quality service at all times. Flexibility in working hours as this role may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
