Job Description:
As a Sales Supervisor for FMCG Products, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Achieve the Targeted Sales Volume:
· Set and achieve sales targets at monthly, quarterly, and annual levels.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
· Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, making necessary adjustments to meet or exceed targets.
Maintain Freshness of Stocks:
·Ensure proper storage and rotation of stock to maintain product freshness.
·Implement first-in, first-out (FIFO) stock management.
·Regularly monitor expiration dates and proactively remove expired products from shelves.
Submit the Damage/Expired Stock List:
·Conduct regular inspections to identify damaged or expired items.
·Maintain an accurate list of such products and report them to management.
Maintain Visibility Space:
·Optimize shelf space to maximize product visibility.
·Implement planograms and shelf layouts according to company guidelines.
Collection of Outstanding Amount from the Customer:
·Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices.
·Work closely with customers to ensure timely payments.
·Maintain accurate records of payment collections.
Execute and Give Feedback on Secondary Displays:
·Set up and manage secondary product displays to attract customer attention.
·Provide feedback on the effectiveness of secondary displays and suggest improvements.
Maintain Good Relationship and Respect with the Customer:
·Build strong and positive relationships with customers.
·Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Guide Merchandiser in Executing Merchandising as per Planogram:
·Provide guidance and support to merchandisers to ensure accurate planogram execution.
·Conduct training sessions to improve the team's merchandising skills.
Key Accounts Management:
·Lead the Sales team in negotiations with key customers.
·Develop data-driven negotiation strategies focused on problem-solving and mutually beneficial solutions.
People Development:
·Identify skill gaps within the Sales and Merchandising Teams.
