About the job Leasing Representative

We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and dynamic "Leasing Representative" for a luxurious brand in the automotive industry for a Regional Conglomerate Leading Group and the position will be based in Oman.


Leasing Representative Duties and Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients interested in leasing or renting vehicles from Prime Car Leasing
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' preferences, requirements, and budget constraints
  • Showcase available vehicles to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and leasing options
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients to help them select the right vehicle for their needs
  • Collaborate with the leasing team and other departments to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and optimize the leasing process.
  • Negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Prepare and review leasing contracts and rental agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and promote Prime Car Leasing's services
  • Conduct property showings and tours for prospective tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential tenants, providing accurate and detailed information about available properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants to understand their needs and preferences, and match them with suitable properties.
  • Utilize Microsoft tools to maintain accurate records of tenant inquiries, property showings, and lease agreements.

Leasing Representative Skills and Qualifications:


  • BSc/ BA in Marketing, Business Administration
  • Proven Experience in leasing/ car rental
  • Strong negotiation, communication and English skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple leasing processes concurrently.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools
