Job Description
As an Oracle Presales Specialist, the job holder will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by leveraging your expertise in Oracle solutions. He/She will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their business needs, and crafting tailored Oracle solutions to meet and exceed their expectations. This role demands a deep understanding of Oracle products and technologies, coupled with strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition to potential clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and challenges. Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to gather information and identify opportunities for Oracle solutions.
Solution Development:
Design and articulate Oracle-based solutions that address client needs. Create compelling and customized presentations, demonstrations, and proposals showcasing the benefits of Oracle products.
Technical Expertise:
Stay updated on the latest Oracle technologies, products, and industry trends. Provide technical guidance to clients, addressing their concerns and questions related to Oracle solutions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and implementation, to ensure seamless delivery of Oracle solutions. Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and project implementation.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain documentation related to Oracle solutions, including proposal documents, technical specifications, and presentations.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a presales role with a focus on Oracle solutions. In-depth knowledge of Oracle products, including but not limited to databases, cloud services, and applications. Proven experience in developing and presenting technical solutions to clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
