If you have an eye for detail and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, then this is the ideal opportunity for you.


A little taste of your day-to-day


Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 


  • Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and public areas to our established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, polishing furniture, and changing linens.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and fixtures.
  • Restock and replenish all guest amenities, towels, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to guests' requests and inquiries with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and hotel policies, ensuring a safe and secure environment for both guests and colleagues.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and fellow team members.
  • Embrace opportunities for growth and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing exceptional service.

What do we need from you?


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
