. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats. Use insights to adjust sales tactics and product offerings accordingly.
. Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including stone crushers, screens, conveyors, and spare parts. Keep abreast of product updates, enhancements, and new releases. Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients as needed.
. Ensure alignment in messaging, product positioning, and customer support initiatives. Provide feedback on market demands and customer feedback to inform product development and improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
. Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the machinery or heavy equipment industry in the GCC market.
. Strong understanding of stone crushing processes, equipment functionalities, and spare parts requirements.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets in a competitive market environment.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant sales tools.
. Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients, and visit facilities as needed.
