What You Will Do
As a senior administrative assistant, you are responsible for overseeing all administrative operations within the
organization. Your responsibilities will include assisting and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day office
operations, as well as developing strategies to improve communication among departments.
What You Will Be Responsible For
• Maintaining an effective administrative system
• Handled all payroll activities for 100+ employees, keeping account of finance and staff files.
• Creating Purchase order (PO), Purchase requisition (PR) & reconciling account payable invoices for payment
through oracle application.
• Monitor costs & expenses to assist in budget preparation.
• Allocating and maintaining company assets (Laptop, PCs, Parking Cards etc.)
• Booking Travel and accommodation for senior managers and arranging meetings.
• Prepare monthly accrual report.
• Proposes new solutions to smoothen the daily work process
• Complete assigned tasks on regular basis
• Control and monitors daily activities and services
• Monitor and coordinate with internal/external departments
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
• Creating request on ConnectNow and Emaar Service now application.
• Ensure all staff computers are maintained and inspected on Monthly basis
• Use of the department tools & equipment’s wisely and to assess the needs of any hardware or software
components needed for day to day operations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Has initiative and pro-active
• In-depth knowledge of office management and daily operations
• Ability to communicate clearly and precisely (written & verbal)
• Ability to work well under pressure and able to deliver requirements on tight deadlines
• Good computer skills in all MS Office required
• Able to provide support at any given time (24/7 upon business requirements)
