Introduction to Aspire Future Leaders Programme:


Aspire Future Leaders Programme is a fast-track eighteen months job rotation, which serves as a catalyst to career development.  It is designed to offer core professional skills through project-based learning, mentorship and exposure to processes and systems.


The components of the programme have been weaved together such that our trainees emerge with valuable insights, the 'know-how' to deliver, and confidence to make meaningful decisions pertaining to their future careers.


The programme includes global exposure, mentorship, leadership networking opportunities and customised learning and development opportunities.


Responsibilities:


The rotation programme will help to gain functional expertise. They will be working on assigned projects in their departments of rotation. These may include:


  • Reviewing global HR process and system to identify business needs for developing and managing the human capital.
  • Assisting the projects in Finance to create meaningful sustainable value for the business.
  • Understanding the brand vision to create captivating marketing and communication strategies across the healthcare industry.
  • Facilitating in devising efficient means of material management through intelligent procurement.
  • Learning the data analytics strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality to leverage past trends and behaviours for making better future decisions.
  • Observing and reviewing the internal data scope and propose the risk aversion measures where necessary.

Requirements:


  • A bachelor's or master's degree holder in any discipline. Must have graduated in 2023 or later
  • Graduates with a minimum 3.0 CGPA
  • Fresh graduates or young professionals with maximum 1 year of work experience 
  • Graduates and young professionals who have a reputation of being exceptional both in and out of their academic and professional circles. These individuals are committed, open-minded, fast learners and able to pivot with change. They are great communicators and bold thinkers. They use their most valuable commodity, time, to expand their knowledge and experiences both social and professional.
