TO IDENTIFY BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES BY ANALYZING PROSPECTS AND EVALUATING THEIR POSITION IN THE INDUSTRY AND RESEARCHING SALES OPTIONS.
TO NEGOTIATE ON PRICE, COSTS, DELIVERY AND SPECIFICATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS AND LIAISE WITH SUPPLIERS TO CHECK THE PROGRESS OF EXISTING ORDERS (IF REQUIRED).
TO ASSIST HOD IN DETAILED PROPOSAL INCLUDING OFFERS, TENDER DOCUMENTATIONS, REGISTRATION ETC., AS PART OF A FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS THAT IS LARGELY DICTATED BY THE PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER.
TO SUPERVISE, MANAGE AND MOTIVATE TEAM MEMBERS IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE DEPARTMENTAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS. ASSIGN OR DELEGATE TASKS TO TEAM MEMBERS FOR THEIR GROOMING.
