About the job ASSISTANT MANAGER TENDER, CONTRACT & COMPLIANCES
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the tender process from start to finish, including identifying opportunities, preparing submissions, and managing post-award activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tender documents, proposals, and pricing strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring terms and conditions are fair, balanced, and legally sound.
Conduct thorough reviews of contractual agreements to identify potential risks, liabilities, and compliance issues.
Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Serve as a subject matter expert on tendering processes, contract management, and compliance matters, providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, LAW, OR A RELATED FIELD (MASTER'S DEGREE PREFERRED)
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
4-5 YEARS AT LEAST IN THE RELEVANT INDUSTRY ROLE / INDUSTRY SPECIFIC
MINIMUM OF 4-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN TENDER MANAGEMENT, CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION, AND COMPLIANCE, PREFERABLY IN SECURITY & OTHER INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT
