We’re looking for a strategic and creative B2B Brand Manager to champion our SaaS brand identity and messaging. You’ll have a passion for understanding the pain points of businesses and how our software solutions elegantly solve them. In this role, you will become the guardian of our brand, shaping its perception in the market through a mix of insight-driven strategy, compelling campaigns, and flawless execution.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the B2B SaaS brand strategy aligning it with overall business objectives. Deeply understand our target audience (including IT decision-makers), their pain points, market position, and the competitive SaaS landscape.
  • Be the voice of the SaaS brand Maintain brand guidelines, creating consistency of tone and message across all marketing channels, emphasizing the benefits of cloud-based solutions.
  • Drive impactful campaigns and content: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing assets, from thought leadership articles and case studies to engaging demos, webinars, and sales enablement tools.
  • Measure and iterate: Analyze campaign results and brand perception metrics, utilizing data to optimize and refine brand strategies with an emphasis on SaaS performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless integration of brand messaging throughout the customer journey, from initial awareness to adoption and advocacy.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B brand management, ideally within the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies for software products.
  • A keen eye for detail and high standards for brand consistency, specifically within the SaaS space.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling benefits.
  • Strong project management, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
