Lead, develop and implement the annual marketing plan to support the brand objectives. Understand DH leadership strategic plans & execute key projects based on the business objectives. Provide DH corporate and verticals with brand guardianship & support on any marketing initiatives. Work closely as a team, with cross functional, vertical teams and manage key agency partners such as creative, media, research, events. Provide data and insights leadership into the marketing plans and operations.
Brand & Communications Strategy
•Managing and implementing brand strategies including brand campaigns, tactics, messaging and launch activities for internal and external audiences. 
•Ongoing management of creative, media buying and research agencies to deliver on the agreed KPIs and scope.  
Brand Guardianship and Management•Maintain and review DH Brand guidelines and standards as needed.
•Ensure constant updates are provided to internal and external stakeholders to ensure correct implementation of the guidelines.
•Conduct regular market research studies to measure the brand health and perception in the market.  
•Provide day to day brand support and advisory to the Impact team internally as well as the verticals and partners.  
•Regularly and systematically update brand assets with accurate naming conventions on required sharing platforms such as brand hub and SharePoint.
Management of projects and launches internally and externally
•Responsible for the creation of any marketing campaign to support the execution of DH brand strategy or any function at DH corporate office.
•Support the verticals for the launch of any of their strategic projects including conceptualization, creation and production of marketing collateral across all touch points.
•Support DH corporate office or verticals with any new brand launches, creation of brand identities and logos, videos and managing corporate sponsorships and partnerships.  
•Handle DH CRM system and using it as a new medium to connect with the market.
•Creating presentations, task and project lists and updates as required for reporting progress to the Executive Director.
Budgeting, Planning and Reporting
•Budgeting:  Participate in the annual budgeting exercise for the function and provide systems to ensure the spend is monitored cross charge to departments and verticals is conducted professionally and in a timely manner. 
•Planning: Develop and issue brief templates and processes for internal and external parties. Create a year-round calendar of marketing plans and activities. Set clear goals and objectives for each project and initiative, as well as tracking of key measurements and returns across activities.
•Reporting:  Share weekly status update reports with the Executive Director noting all project updates, next steps and deadlines. Create the quarterly reports for the management on the function deliverables and achievements
