Job Overview:


Join our dynamic team as a Branding Manager and spearhead the development of a compelling identity for CureMD. As a key player, you will shape and execute comprehensive strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to amplify recognition. The Branding Manager will be pivotal in crafting a strong narrative and maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.


Essential Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for defining initiatives aligned with business objectives, leveraging various tools, technologies, and methodologies.


  • Understand and align goals and recognition metrics with the overall business strategy.


  • Create a clear strategy for establishing a distinctive presence that resonates with the target audience.


  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.


  • Utilize analytics to identify insights and opportunities, refining strategies for optimal impact.


  • Lead the development of creative assets, including visual elements, messaging, and content, to support initiatives.


  • Ensure consistency across all communication channels, both internal and external.


  • Lead and mentor a team of specialists, creating a culture of excellence and providing guidance to achieve ambitious targets.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution preferably in marketing or a similar field; Master’s degree preferred.


  • 5-10 years of experience in managing identity or related functions.


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with a profound grasp of messaging concepts.


  • Excellent creative and content development capabilities.


  • Proficiency in identity methodologies, innovative tools and technologies.


  • Proven history of devising and implementing successful strategies leading to tangible growth in recognition.


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.


  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable insights.


  • Strong project management skills and a collaborative mindset.


  • Comfortable working from 1 PM – 10 PM PKST.
