Job Description: As a Business Analyst at Tekrevol, your role is critical to the success of our client projects. You will work closely with our sales and project management teams to gather client requirements, prepare proposals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Your responsibilities will extend to various business analysis tasks, including drafting Statements of Work (SOW), further requirement gathering, and writing user stories. Proficiency in Jira and excellent communication skills are essential to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Participate in sales calls to comprehensively understand client needs.
Collaborate with clients to elicit and document detailed requirements.
Create detailed proposals based on client requirements, ensuring alignment with our capabilities and services.
Facilitate a seamless transition from sales to project management.
Ensure all necessary information is transferred for successful project initiation.
Draft Statements of Work (SOW) that outline project scope and deliverables.
Continuously gather and refine requirements as the project progresses.
Develop user stories that define specific features and functionality.
Utilize Jira for project tracking, task management, and collaboration.
Maintain project-related documentation and updates within Jira.
Effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and development teams.
Translate technical information into clear, non-technical language for clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development environment.
Familiarity with Jira and other project management tools.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
