Job Title: Business Development Specialist


Job Type: Full-time, On-site (I-9/2, Islamabad)


Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to spearhead our business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, text messaging, and Upwork bidding to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of business development strategies, and a proven track record of success in client acquisition.



Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition and Engagement:


  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, text messaging, and Upwork bidding to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
  • Drive the growth of our accounting and finance services by securing new business opportunities.

Market Research and Analysis:


  • Conduct market research to identify target industries, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze client needs and pain points to tailor solutions that address their specific requirements effectively.

Proposal Development and Presentation:


  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our services to potential clients.

Sales Pipeline Management:


  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Reporting and Analysis:


  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market intelligence.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on sales data and market trends.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, text messaging, and Upwork bidding for client outreach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
