    • Job Requirements and Skills:

    • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching the existing market.
    • Attend seminars, conferences, and events would be mandatory.
    • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers/Clients.
    • Must have experience with different lead generation platforms .
    • Meet with clients face to face or over the phone
    • foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
    • Understand the needs of your Clients and be able to respond effectively.
    • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
    • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
    • Expert in Proposal writing.
    • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
    • Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
    • Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
    • Work with the team to achieve short and long-term revenue and profit growth.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's/MBA in business administration, marketing sales or relevant field


  • Proven working experience as a business development manager,


  • Proven sales track record


  • Experience in customer support is a plus


  • Proficiency in MS Office


  • Proficiency in English


  • Market knowledge


  • Communication and negotiation skills


  • Time management and planning skills


Job Details:


  • Experience: 2 + years
  • Work Timings: (9:00 A.M 6:00 PM)
  • Work Days: Monday - Friday
  • Location: Lahore
