CBS SLM Engineer - Islamabad & Karachi (onsite)

Actively looking for CBS SLM Engineer for Middle East based Leading Tech Firm.  It promotes a culture of excellence, vitality and innovation in all its business processes and services. Job Role:

• OCS (Online Charging System 3.3) project delivery and maintenance routines.

• Preparation and operation of Upgradations, MS OCS technical support, network safety checks. Optimization activities including software patches upgrade.
• Responsible for handling and providing possible solutions to the customer for trouble tickets, handling critical issues and ensuring 100 percent SLA, Expertise in taking and analyzing traces related to platform (CBP, BMP, SCP, SMP, GFEP) & TCP dumps.
• Handling new requirements of customers and providing solutions and resolutions in an effective manner.
• System routine inspection & Hardware (IBM, SUN & ATAE) health checks and inspections. Network risk calculation & optimization.
• Integration of OCS entities (GFEP) with EVC.
• Actively involved in network/service restore and problem solving.
• Coordinated activities through the change management process.
• Generating daily and weekly revenue reports for OCS.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2- 5 years of professional working experience in the field of Telecommunications Charging System Operation and Maintenance.
• Knows good knowledge about databases & Linux OS like: Oracle, Gauss DB, Euler, SUSE etc.
• Having an idea regarding CBS connectivity & networking.
• Good Knowledge of Cloud, specially Fusion Sphere cloud.
• Good communication skills.

Working Days:
Monday - Friday

Working Timings: 10AM - 6PM
