Job Requirements and Skills:

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  Collaborate with software developers and database administrators to understand and translate business requirements into efficient database solutions.
  Design, implement, and maintain stored procedures, functions, and triggers in MS SQL and Oracle PLSQL.
  Analyze and troubleshoot database-related issues, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and streamline data processes.
  Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for SQL query optimization.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience of 3 to 4 years as an SQL Query Developer.

Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.

Experience with both MS SQL and Oracle PLSQL.

Knowledge of database performance optimization techniques.

Familiarity with database design principles and normalization.

Ability to understand and interpret complex data models.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in MS SQL or Oracle PLSQL.

Experience with data warehousing concepts.

Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.

Familiarity with version control systems for database code.
