DEPUTY /AM SALES & MARKETING

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Prepare and present proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum MBA, Graduation preffered (BS/BE or any equivalent engineering graduate)

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

• Must have 6 + years in the relevant industry
