Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
