Position : DGM Plant Costing Controller- Hydreabad Good Exposure in plant finance, Costing & FP&A.About the job~5 Years Plant experience & Total Experience : 7- 9 yearsMonitor the evolution of the performance and provide visibility and analyses to the ManagementGuarantee timelines and accuracy of the Group ReportingControl the reliability of accounting data and reportsManage the Performance Measurement ProcessDevelop the links between economic performance and operationsDrive actions outside accounting such as ROI, IDB, InventoriesAssist me in animating and driving improvement of KICs analysis and actions – in particular, having right level of self-assessment and risk identificationWorking closely with regional and territory functions, and Global finance servicesConstruct the forecasts, anticipate risks and opportunities on a medium termImplement the tools and processes used for the forecastingCo-ordinate the forecasts from different departments so as to build a coherent picture for the plantAnalyse variances between Actual and Forecasts. Assess the RisksGive warning of slippage. Propose corrective actionsChallenge the plant operations and their team on the performance and objectivesDevelop economic awareness within the plantAssist the Plant manager in the management of their plant (co-pilot)Manage the monthly financial meeting within the management team. Stimulate action plansManage the Plant Finance Team and drive finance transformationDevelop the processes and implement improvements, including ERP improvement with support / lead of corporate teams (Smart Finance, BU)
CA or CMA with 10 years of experience
