Job Role:

• Engage with clients to gather comprehensive understanding of their business processes, workflows, and pain points.
  
• Conduct in-depth requirement analysis to translate business needs into ERP system configurations.
  
• System Configuration:
  
• Configure ERP modules to align with client requirements, including but not limited to finance, sales, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and human resources.
  
• Customize forms, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards as per client specifications.
  
• Data Migration:
  
• Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to ERP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  
• Develop strategies to cleanse and transform data for successful migration.
  
• User Training:
  
• Provide training sessions to end-users and stakeholders on how to effectively use the ERP system.
  
• Create user documentation and guides to aid in the adoption and utilization of the system.
  
• System Testing and Quality Assurance:
  
• Perform rigorous testing of the ERP system to identify and resolve any bugs, issues, or discrepancies.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system functionality meets client expectations.
  
• Project Management:
  
• Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any challenges to ensure successful implementation.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with ERP updates, patches, and enhancements to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices to optimize ERP utilization.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree with strong financial background, or a related field.
    
  • Proven experience (4+ years) as an ERP implementation consultant.
    
  • Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and best practices.
    
  • Proficiency in configuring ERP modules and customizing forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
    
  • Experience in data migration from various sources to ERP systems.
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
    
  • Project management skills to manage implementation projects effectively.
    
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    
  • Knowledge of open-source software principles and community-driven development is a plus.
    

Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Timings: 9AM - 6PM
