Job Description:

Commercial Finance Manager for Shell Pakistan's Fuels Business. Role mandates end-to-end Finance accountability as the Head of Finance for the Fuels Business.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing Finance input towards, Supply, Distribution, Network Planning and Fuels Marketing.

  
  

• Leading a team of highly talented people and managing relationship with offshore Finance Centers.

  
  

• Maintain a robust Business Control Framework and ensure value and risks are properly understood, reflected, and managed in decision making.

  
  

• Own and operate a performance management framework that efficiently and objectively assesses performance, makes value transparent and sets the right targets. As part of operating this framework ensure Finance delivers actionable insights into performance including the use of advanced data analytics, benchmarking and other external insights.

  
  

Ideal candidate should have strong Finance Foundations, a Commercial Mindset, a can-do attitude and focus on People Development.
