Head of HR

Job Description:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Lead and mentor HR team members to ensure effective delivery of HR services
• Design and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts resolution
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency
