Job Description:


We are seeking a seasoned Head of Sales with a robust background in sales leadership, technical acumen, and strategic marketing. This pivotal role involves overseeing both our onshore and offshore sales teams, developing sales strategies, managing lead generation, and maintaining strong client relationships. Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in scaling Westack's market presence and revenue.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership: Develop, lead, and manage sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.


Foster a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.


Offshore Team Collaboration: Work closely with the offshore sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals, and optimizing strategies for international markets.


Pre-Sales Strategy: Oversee the pre-sales process, ensuring the team is equipped to engage potential clients with high-level technical knowledge and tailored solutions.


Client Relationships: Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with WeStack's solutions.


Lead Generation Management: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and sales funnel optimization. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.


Sales Strategies Development: Craft and execute innovative sales strategies that align with WeStack's goals, driving growth and market penetration.


Technical Proficiency: Possess high-level technical knowledge relevant to our IT services, enabling effective communication of our value proposition to clients and stakeholders.


Reporting and Analytics: Regularly report sales performance and insights directly to the CEO, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions and sales approaches.


Expertise: Demonstrate a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.


Experience and Qualifications:


Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. Masters degree preferred.


At least 12-15 years of experience in sales leadership, with a significant portion in the IT or related industry.


Demonstrated success in developing sales strategies and managing sales teams.


Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and sell complex IT solutions.


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.


Strategic thinker with an analytical mind, capable of making data-driven decisions.

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Work Timings: 11 am to 7 pm
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Experience: 12 - 15 years (in IT Industry)
Work Mode: Onsite
