About the Job Role: HR Manager
Job Description:
- Expertise in organizational development, payroll and leave management.
- Able to do job analysis, making job descriptions etc
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for local and international offices.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Other Details:
4 years experience is required
Location: Islamabad PMCHS
Timings: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
Salary: depends on expertise
