Title: HR/Recruiter
Job Type: Full-Time, On site (i-9/2)
Timings: 11 AM - 7 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)


Position Overview: As an HR Recruiter at VASL, Inc, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to join our team. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.


Candidate Engagement and Experience:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and support.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency.
  • Collect and analyze candidate feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process and enhance candidate engagement.
Employer Branding and Outreach:
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Represent VASL, Inc at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote our brand and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling recruitment materials, including job postings, advertisements, and employer branding content.

Data Management and Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
  • Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and inform decision-making.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates using a variety of recruitment methods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software applications.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
