Position: International Sales Executive:


Job description:


This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of executive level experience in Sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends in the international software market.
  • Analyze competitors and industry dynamics to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage inbound leads and optimize lead generation activities.
  • Employ a combination of persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building techniques to close deals
  • Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and legal, to tailor proposals and negotiate terms that meet the needs of international clients.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and quotas within specified timelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • 3+ years of Executive level Experience in sales. Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
  • Attitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Other Details :


Experience: 3+ years


Work Timings / Day: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Alternate Saturday will be on from 10am - 1pm.


Work Mode: Onsite


Location: Karachi


Salary: 70k-150k
